About Me
Welcome — I’m Lou Antonini.
By trade, I’m a National Casualty Broker at EPIC Insurance Brokers, where I specialize in structuring and broking large, loss-sensitive casualty programs for complex organizations. My work centers on helping clients navigate uncertainty—using data, experience, and strategy to make smarter decisions in high-stakes environments.
I began my career at Aon in the private equity practice before joining Conner Strong & Buckelew as an Account Manager in the real estate space. Across each role, one thing has remained constant: curiosity. I’m endlessly interested in how businesses manage risk, how information shapes outcomes, and how disciplined thinking can bring clarity to unpredictable situations.
But this site isn’t just about insurance.
Outside of work, I’m equally curious about the things that shape daily life—great food, men’s style, and the game of golf. Whether it’s a memorable meal, a well-made jacket, or a round that teaches patience and precision, I’m drawn to experiences that reward attention to detail and continuous improvement. In many ways, these interests mirror my professional mindset: preparation matters, execution counts, and small adjustments can make a big difference.
This blog is a place where those worlds intersect. You’ll find thoughts on risk management and industry trends alongside reflections on restaurants worth revisiting, style lessons learned over time, and what golf continues to teach me about focus, humility, and progress. It’s part professional insight, part personal journal—and fully my point of view.
Thanks for being here. My hope is that you’ll find something that informs you, inspires you, or simply encourages you to see things a little differently.
